Yoga Classes
Yoga at Together on Three combines guided postures, conscious breathwork, and mindfulness to reconnect body, mind, and spirit. Sessions run 45 to 75 minutes in small groups of no more than 10, giving you personalized attention whether you are brand new or deepening an existing practice. Mats and props are provided - just bring water and comfortable clothing and leave feeling more balanced, flexible, and centered.
